For account issues, technical problems, or questions about your membership, email us at support@physicianlounge.app. We respond within one business day.
To request a copy of your data, ask about data deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact privacy@physicianlounge.app. See our full Privacy Policy.
To report a member, post, or message that violates community standards, use the in-app report function (tap the ยทยทยท menu on any post or profile) or email safety@physicianlounge.app.
Open the app and go to More โ Settings โ Account โ Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your personal data within 30 days.
On the login screen, use the "Forgot Password" option to reset via email. If you continue to have trouble, email support@physicianlounge.app with your registered email address.
Make sure the name you entered exactly matches your NPI registry record. If you believe there is an error in the NPI registry, visit nppes.cms.hhs.gov to update your record, then retry verification. For further help, contact support.
In the app, go to More โ Settings โ Notifications to customize or disable push notifications. You can also silence all notifications using the bell icon in the top right of the Home screen.
